PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION

ICTs is a broader term for Information Technology (IT), which refers to all communication technologies such as the internet, wireless networks, cell phones, computers, software, middleware, video-conferencing, social networking, and other media applications and services that allow users to access, retrieve, store, transmit, and manipulate information in digital form.

DESCRIPTION

This program will produce individuals who will be a graduate member of information systems team, generally at the junior or maintenance programmer level that will have the ability to write computer applications to aid day-to-day operations of organizations; maintain computing environments effectively and efficiently and develop automated procedures for routine organizational tasks. A primary objective is to give students the understanding to be in control of the technology and the confidence to embrace new developments in this field.

  • To provide graduates with ICT and entrepreneurial skilled mindset pioneer and lead the design of our increasingly digitally merged world.
  • To create students who have the ability to design and develop effective ICT systems using the latest and established software tools and techniques.
  • To supply professional and skilled graduates with ethical and knowledge in solving all corporate problems effectively and efficiently
